This area of Thornton is thriving! The new Walgreens, Checkers Auto Parts, Chase Bank, and Starbucks coffee, are located on the North West corner of 136th and Colorado Blvd just beside Cherrywood Park.
Caring Hands Veterinary Clinic is being constructed now. Their current facility is just across the street on the corner of the King Soopers complex at 136th Ave. & Colorado Blvd.
King Soopers is expanding adding a Sushi bar, and imported cheese stand.
The Orchard Town Center was erected in the spring of 2008
