Vista Ridge has growth happening all around it. The new Vista Ridge Village at the entrance of the neighborhood features a fitness center, dry cleaners, 2 restaurants, hair salon, pet store, dentist and more!

Larkridge at Highway 7 & I-25 has 750,000 sqft. Available for tenancy. It is inevitable that there will be more business arriving in the next few years. Currently Larkridge has a Costco, Office Max, Pet Smart, Starbucks, Bed Bath & Beyond, Pier 1 Imports, Home Depot, Dave Liquors, Dick’s Sporting Goods along with several other shops and restaurants.
The Orchard Town Center was erected in the spring of 2008. While several business’ have taken possession, there is still several available lots to be filled! Off Broadway will soon open in addition to the Rack Shoes that is already there.
